Buying A Home
The home buying process can be frustrating. However, I am here to make that process as easy as possible. We will discuss finanancing and get you pre-approved. I will meet with you and we will talk about your needs, desires, price range, and location preferences. From those decisions, I will choose the best listings to show you based on your needs and desires. We will view those homes and you will choose which one best fits your needs. I will use my training in negotiation to get an accepted offer. Next, we have a home inspection done, and work on finishing up the financing. After these are done, closing! I'll handle all the paperwork and work with you each step of the way.
